Matt McNiff- a behavior consultant with the Educational Service Unit No. 5 in Beatrice, Nebraska, where he works with 9 school districts to help teachers and administrators develop ways to help students with behavior problems. Before that, he spent 4 years teaching behavior-disordered students at Beatrice High School and 9 years as a teacher and counselor at Iowa-based Clarinda Academy working with delinquent youth from around the nation. Matt has a Master's degree in special education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, specializing in behavior disorders.
