What is Webinar Training?
Webinar training is a live event that includes session handouts, interactive training with the speaker, and interactive question & answer period.

Do I need special equipment?
A telephone and computer with access to the Internet is all the equipment you need. Just dial in, punch-in your access code, then click the link to access the website and you're in. That's it. Follow along with the Webinar handouts provided in advance.

How do I know what number to call?
After you register, a toll-free phone number with access code and webinar access link will be sent to you via e-mail (complete with instructions).

What if I lose my access number?

Can more than one person listen in?
Absolutely. Your registration fee entitles you to one telephone and Web link per site. For multiple users, simply use a speaker phone and projector.

When do I get the program materials?
Approximately 1 week before the webinar, you will be e-mailed a link where you can download the presentation.
