About The Speaker
Mike works primarily with senior and mid-level leaders and teams to develop and implement cultural change processes which enhance overall organizational performance. He enjoys working with diverse client teams at all levels to build alignment and enable change that is sustainable and strategic.
In 1989 Mike founded Vitalwork, Inc. a diverse Organizational Development firm in Rochester, NY, and served Vitalwork as CEO, Founding Partner and Senior Consultant until early 2011.
He has directly overseen several projects at multiple Fortune 100 Corporations allowing these businesses to deliver new products to market in a timelier, higher quality manner. He has designed and led change implementation processes in telecommunications, financial services and healthcare systems and facilities.
A prolific writer, Mike has authored the book THRIVE: Standing on Your Own Two Feet in a Borderless World and has published numerous popular articles in various publications. He currently publishes a weekly blog - "The Heart of Engagement."
