About The Speaker
George Alukal is a Lean Consultant and Trainer for the last 22 years. He provides professional services to organizations focusing on implementing Lean and Quality initiatives.
George Alukal is the co-author of the book "Lean Kaizen: A Simplified Approach to Process Improvement" and author of many articles on Lean, Quality and allied subjects.
Mr. Alukal is trained and certified by the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) U.S. Department of Commerce in all elements of Lean manufacturing.
He is a speaker and facilitator on Lean including Kaizen. As a member of American Society for Quality's (ASQ) faculty, he has developed and taught courses in Lean Enterprise and on Kaizen.
Over the past years, he has helped over 100 companies in several aspects of Lean implementation including: Team building, standardized work, 5S workplace organization & visual workplace, quick changeover, plant layout, cellular, kanban, total productive maintenance, etc.
