About The Speaker
David J. Wudyka, MBA, BSIE, is the Founder and Managing Principal of Westminster Associates, a Massachusetts-based Human Resource and Compensation firm that specializes in pay, performance and productivity issues.
Mr. Wudyka is one of the first 200 people in the U. S. to be certified in the field of Compensation by the former American Compensation Association, which also gave him a Lifetime Achievement Award.
He taught the SHRM Certification program at Bryant University for over 24 years. He speaks and writes frequently on HR and Compensation issues, including public seminars offered around the country.
David brings more than 30 years of professional HR and Compensation experience to the table. Prior to starting Westminster Associates, Mr. Wudyka was an internal International and Domestic Compensation Consultant at Raytheon's Corporate Headquarters in Massachusetts.
