Richard A. Abramson is the Superintendent of Schools for Regional School Unit #38 in Readfield, Maine and the former Executive Director for the Kennebec Valley YMCA where his passion for wellness was cultivated.
- Rich has served on the panel for the Action for Healthy Kids in D.C. and as the Commissioner of Education's School Health Leadership Network. He has worked closely with the Alliance for a Healthier Generation and currently serves as the superintendent representative to the Schools Advisory Group of the Dannon Institute.
- Rich has written several nationally published articles on school wellness and has served as a panel expert on webinars through District Administration.
