      Pat Derdenger is a partner in the Phoenix office of the Washington-based law firm of Steptoe & Johnson LLP where he advises business clients on the state and local tax implications of their transactions and represents them in income, sales, use and property tax matters. His practice also covers the growing e-commerce industry, advising clients on their multistate tax responsibilities, and their sales and use tax collection obligations.
